What I love most?
It’s witnessing people come alive.
Witnessing that spark in someone else—
when they step out for the first time and just live.
When they take life by the balls and realize they’re already embodying who they’re trying to be.
They don’t even know it, but I see it in them.
And it’s beautiful.
It’s humanness in its purest form.
It’s better than sex—watching someone finally let go, be free, and be themselves.
That’s what I love. That’s what I live for.
But listen—this is what I need you to hear: you don’t have to shrink.
You don’t have to quiet yourself down.
You don’t have to pay yourself smaller just to fit in someone else’s version of you.
I used to think I did.
I used to hold myself back, and for what?
The truth is: everything you are already is God. Already whole. Already enough.
Every time you dim yourself, you forget.
And I don’t want you to forget anymore.
Because look around—life is happening now.
The friends you’re meant to meet, the love you’re meant to feel, the growth you’re meant to step into—it’s all waiting for you to just show up.
That’s what I did this past year. I showed up as Brianna. No filter, no smaller version. Just me.
And I can’t even tell you how many friendships, how many connections, how much magic poured out of that simple act of being.
So, yes—this is your sign.
Go out tonight and laugh too loud.
Dance too hard.
Stay up too late.
And then tomorrow, wake up, reflect, write it down, drink your water, call your mom, pray.
Be both. Be all. Be the balance.
That’s the whole point. We are not one-dimensional beings.
You don’t have to choose between being “the wild one” or “the serious one.”
You don’t have to choose between being a mother or being a woman, between being grounded or being free.
You can be both. You are both.
September is my January.
A reset. A beginning.
A chance to say: yes, I’m here, and I’m living.
So please—put yourself out there. Long for yourself.
Stop waiting to be perfect before you show up. Stop holding back because you think you’re not ready.
You are already doing it. You are already becoming the person you’re chasing.
And that? That’s it.
That’s the humanness.
That’s the beauty.
That’s the life.
So let’s live. Let’s fucking live.
