From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly inviting. The space itself has so much character, blending rustic charm with the laid-back energy of a neighborhood gathering place that instantly feels familiar. It isn’t exactly close to us, but after one visit, I’d gladly make the drive again. Most definitely worth the trip.
We ordered the Bavarian Pretzel, Fox Island Fries, and a couple of drinks. The sangria was an easy 10 out of 10, and everything we ordered was fresh, comforting, and perfect for sharing. To top it all off, the owner even comped our fries—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. Which, I have to mention: as controversial as it is, I have never had sweet potato fries and now I love.
One of the highlights of the evening was the live music. A performance that filled the air, giving the entire place a relaxed, easygoing soundtrack that made us want to linger a little longer.
